    Wintergreen USA Instagram Promotional Partner Giveaway Competition - Terms and Conditions

    The promoter is: Prime Brands International LLC,  whose registered office is atPrime Brands International LLC 112 Capitol Trail, Suite A,
    Newark, Delaware, 1971.
    We advertise our Giveaways through various means, depending upon the type of Giveaway and the channels we use. You can find out about them on wintergreensport.com, or through Wintergreen’s sport USA social media channels, which include Newsletter, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and others.

    1. Competition Eligibility:

    • This competition is open to residents of the USA only.

    • Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

    • Employees of Prime Brands International LLC (Wintergreen), all  third party promotional partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

    2. How to Enter:

    • Enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period stated on the competition post. To enter, participants must:

      • Like: Like the competition post.

      • Follow @wintergreensport_usa Instagram account (Must follow the account for entry to be valid).

      • Tag a training partner in the comments(Each comment counts as one entry).

    3. Competition Period:

    • The competition starts on July 23rd, 2025 and ends onAugust 13th 2025 at midnight.

    • Any entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

    4. Prizes:

    • One winner will receive the following prize to the value of $2500
      - A one-year silver membership fromUSA Triathlon.

    • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

    5. Winner Selection:

    • The winner will be randomly selected on August 14th, 2025, using an Instagram competition selection tool.

    • The winner will be contacted directly via Instagram Direct Message for further details in arranging their prize to be delivered.

    • If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, a new winner will be selected.

    6. Data Privacy:

    • By entering the competition, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information (@wintergreensport_usa) for the purpose of administering the competition.

    • Prime Brands International LLC (Wintergreen) will share participant information with third party promotional partners in order to deliver the prize to the winner.

    7. General:

    • Wintergreen reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time.

    • Any disputes arising from this competition will be governed by the laws of Delaware.

    • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
