I don't get muscle aches that often, but it's nice to have something that I can apply after a workout. The smell of this is the only drawback. I have a sensitive smell and anything that is remotely overpowering is an issue with me. Why can't it be fragrance free?

This product has been great to use on my calf muscles after a workout! I strained my muscle and this has helped me keep it hydrated and recover after. I usually rub some on my calf then put a compression sleeve on. Doesnt feel greasy either which i really like.

I didn’t think I would like a gel but this is amazing and the pain relief is really fast. Great 👍

This gel is quite thin so it gets messy quickly for me but it does give relief for leg and back aches.  I like using the magnesium for any tightness in legs before sleeping. The mint is a strong smell but it's okay for me. It has a cooling effect almost like vapor rub feels.
