    Wintergreen USA Instagram Word Search Competition - Terms & Conditions

    The promoter is: Prime Brands International LLC,  whose registered office is atPrime Brands International LLC 112 Capitol Trail, Suite A,
     Newark, Delaware, 1971.

    1. Competition Eligibility:

    • This competition is open to residents of the USA only.

    • Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

    • Employees of Prime Brands International LLC (Wintergreen) and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

    2. How to Enter:

    • To enter, participants must:

      • Comment on the word search post with the first word they found in the word search graphic.

    3. Competition Period:

    • The competition starts on January 20th, 2025 and ends on January 24th, 2025 at midnight.

    • Any entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

    4. Prizes:

    • Three (3) winners will each receive a surprise Wintergreen product bundle to enhance their recovery routine.

    • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

    5. Winner Selection:

    • The winners will be randomly selected on January 27th, 2025, using an Instagram competition selection tool.

    • The winners will be contacted directly via Instagram Direct Message for further details in arranging their prize to be delivered.

    • If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, a new winner will be selected.

    6. Data Privacy:

    • By entering the competition, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information (@wintergreensport_usa) for the purpose of administering the competition.

    • Prime Brands International LLC (Wintergreen) will not share participant information with any third parties.

    7. General:

    • Wintergreen reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time.

    • Any disputes arising from this competition will be governed by the lawsof  Delaware.

    • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
