I work out a lot and often have sore, cramping muscles, so I thought I’d give this a try to see if it helps relieve some of the pain and able to help me rest better at night. So far I haven’t noticed a big difference, but I may need to use it longer to tell. I like that it doesn’t leave greasy residue and sprays on easily.

Feels smooth on skin and works well.

I never tried magnesium spray and wanted to give it a go. This does indeed have a wintergreen scent but it's not overpowering by any means. I tried it on my ankle when I overused it and it was sore. I got a mild burning sensation, but the pain did subside so I believe it worked for me. This says you don't have to rub in, but I do because the consistency of the product is a little too watery and I don't like it just running all over the place. Overall i think it's ok and I would probably repurchase.

My husband has used a different brand of pure magnesium spray for many years.  So, he was excited to try this brand.  It’s easy to spray on small or broader areas and it penetrates well.  He said it has the same burning sensation and provides the same benefits as the other brand.He uses it daily and recommends it.
