This has really done wonders on aching shoulders. For me this has worked better than menthol creams. I really feel great after a hard day. Lately it's cold outside which makes me more tense and sore. This seems to give me some good relief. Love that it doesn't smell bad.

I have RLS. I Massage this on my legs before sleeping and my legs feel great. My legs sleep with me

So far I think it helps for recovery and soreness.  Will continue to use

This is nice when my legs feel achy. I like what the arnica and magnesium do to help. I also enjoy magnesium to prevent foot cramps during the night. This is a generous size bottle for these types of lotions

My husband has been having Charley horses a lot lately and then I remembered I got this in March. Well, he’s been using it for the past week and the wintergreen mint magnesium lotion has helped him tremendously! He likes it better than the spray on stuff and he gets a free leg massage when I put it on him 🙂
