Magnesium Body Lotion:Apply after showering in the morning and evening to aid in recovery and optimize daily maintenance of magnesium levels.
Magnesium Body Soak andHot Mustard Body Soak:Add one sachet of Magnesium Body Soak and one sachet of Hot Mustard Body Soak to a warm bathtub. Soak for 10 to 20 minutes to replenish lost magnesium and promote relaxation and recovery.
